If you are a current or former Federal employee or contractor you are invited to join Lana for this complimentary Yin class, designed to help balance and ground you during what is a difficult and trying time for many.

- Sunday, April 13 at 3:30pm - 4:30pm (arrive at 3pm if you would like benefit from community sharing)
- Saturday, April 26 at 2:30pm - 3:30pm (arrive at 2pm if you would like to benefit from community sharing)

A message from Lana:
Dear Current/Former Federal workers and contractors in our community,

The events of the past several months may have left you reeling with shock and betrayal as you struggle to understand what is happening, imagine what the future may bring, and perhaps even struggle to be understood by others in your sphere. 

As a human being on this same journey with you, I empathize deeply with your trauma. As a yoga teacher in your community, there is little I can do but help to hold a safe and nurturing space for your practice.

And so, I invite you to come experience the healing of being in community, to a free yin yoga practice with the optional incorporation of essential oils to support your processing of what you're experiencing. 

- You may choose to arrive 30 minutes early (as noted below) if you would like to talk and share your experiences with others who understand.
- After 30- minutes we will transition into a yin yoga practice to balance and ground you.

Lana Lau

Lana began practicing yoga in 2010 when she suffered from debilitating back pain. She found relief in yoga when painkillers, muscle relaxants and chiropractic treatments were ineffective. Lana wants to share the same sense of joy, inner peace and physical well-being she enjoys from her yoga practice with her students.
