Better Balance For Life

Balance typically starts declining after age 30, but the good news is that it is a trainable skill and can be improved at any age! Increase your stability and confidence and decrease fall risk in this 4-session series, led by Functional Aging Specialist Patricia Linderman. In each 45-min class we'll work on balance while standing, moving, and being distracted (like in the real world) and also practice simple ways to build balance-enhancing strength throughout the body.
Yoga for Arthritis, Osteoporosis and Bone Health (w/option to use a chair)

Join a supportive Yoga Workshop for Arthritis & Osteoporosis, designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and find ease in your body. This session combines weight-bearing yoga postures to support bone density with mindful movements that promote muscular engagement and skeletal health, alongside stretch & release techniques to support joints and increase flexibility.
Yoga for Wellness: Movement, Meditation and Yogic Philosophy

Step into a yoga practice of quietude — a lived experience of calm, clarity, and presence that unfolds through mindful movement, breath, and guided mediation. In this workshop, we draw from foundational yoga philosophy — as a way of being that threads through every posture, breath, and pause. This workshop is an invitation to embody peace in motion and rest, awakening an integrated sense of balance that carries quietude into daily life. All levels welcome. Chair options available.
Spring Renewal Sound Immersion w/Jason

Follow nature's example of emerging from rest feeling restored and renewed. This sound immersion features instruments celebrating Spring including a buffalo drum, ocean drum, rain stick, chimes, crystal singing bowls, and more. We’ll begin the sound bath with gentle movement to prepare your body to lie still.
Mindful Moving Kids - May/June 2026

Ages 5-12 are welcome to join Beth Hardy for this 5-week Mindful Moving Kids May/June session! We’ll be learning yoga poses, breathing techniques, practicing mindfulness activities, and playing games that use yoga to foster self-awareness and self-regulation as well as executive functioning skills. You can sign up for the full 5-week April session (May 19, June 2, 9, 16) for $85 OR your child is welcome to "drop in" to any of these classes ($25 per class) by choosing the Mindful Moving Kids Single Class option and pick the date(s) you want to attend. A 10% additional sibling(s) discount is offered as well.
Prenatal Yoga

Our Prenatal Yoga practice is led by a certified prenatal yoga teacher focuses on safe, gentle movement to help ease common discomforts, build strength, improve flexibility, and prepare your body for childbirth. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a warm community space to move, breathe, and feel supported on your pregnancy journey.
Family Yoga April/May/June 2026

Adults and their littles ages 4-9 are invited to join Beth for this monthly Family Yoga class (Sundays at 3pm on April 19, May 31 and June 21).
We will practice breathwork, poses, and some silliness to have fun while strengthening our bodies and bonds. The child in all of us will appreciate getting to move, breathe, and regulate together.
Full Moon Circle - May 2026

Gather. Reflect. Reconnect.
Moon Circles are gentle, heart-centered gatherings where we honor the rhythm of nature and create space for reflection, renewal, and connection — both within ourselves and with others. Led by trained facilitator Emily Bermingham, each Circle has its own theme and flow, weaving together guided meditation, visualization, mindful reflection, and optional sharing. Whether we’re setting intentions with the New Moon or releasing what no longer serves us under the Full Moon, the experience is designed to help you slow down, feel grounded, and leave with a deeper sense of clarity and calm.
Meditative Music & Sound w/Dante

Join Dante Baker on Saturday evening, June 13, at 6:30pm for a unique and captivating sound experience! Let him lead you into a comfortable and receptive state to support deep relaxation. Dante will use sound healing instruments like crystal singing bowls, antique metal singing bowls, wooden drone flutes, pan drum drums, and chimes. Once the sound bath begins, allow the vibrations to soothe the mind, clear any blockages within the body, and guide you into the present moment. Discover the powerful and healing effects of singing bowls and experience sounds that will re-harmonize the entire body.
Breathe & Be: A Grounding Breathwork Experience

Join Sarah Yudkin for a 60-minute workshop designed to help you feel more present, grounded, and connected through the power of intentional breathing. You’ll learn simple breathwork techniques for calming and energizing the body and mind, experience a guided breathwork journey, and explore how conscious breathing can support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This welcoming, trauma-informed experience is open to all levels and offers practical tools you can bring into everyday life to reduce stress, quiet mental chatter, and reconnect to the present moment.
