Awaken Your Chakras

Take a journey through the chakras w/Rebecca. In this 3-hour workshop Rebecca will guide you through a brief study of each chakra, including its location, color, element and more. She'll then guide you through a flow designed to activate and open each of your chakras. This workshop will culminate with a chakra meditation leaving you feeling open, aligned and completely relaxed.

Questions guide the unfolding of the Bhagavad Gita and questions will be used as the central tool of meditation. Mindful Moving Kids - Sept 2025

Ages 5-12 are welcome to join Beth Hardy for this 4-week Mindful Moving Kids September session! We’ll be learning yoga poses, breathing techniques, practicing mindfulness activities, and playing games that use yoga to foster self-awareness and self-regulation as well as executive functioning skills. You can purchase the full September session (Sept 9, 16, 23 and 30)) for $80 OR your child is welcome to "drop in" to any of these classes ($25 per class) by choosing the Mindful Moving Kids Single Class option and pick the date(s) you want to attend. A 10% additional sibling(s) discount is offered as well.
Chair Yoga - Sept 2025

In this 45-minute gentle chair yoga class, you will be guided through a series of seated and some standing yoga poses, adaptable for all bodies. Join us for this enlightening and beneficial class. This class is taught in a flow with movement of the entire body. We will use props such as blocks and straps in our seated chair pose. Class is concluded with a guided meditation to help further relaxation. There will also be focus on the breath throughout class. You may be surprised at what you can do in a chair and how much you can get out of it!
Fall Release: Breathwork & Reiki

As we shift from summer’s fiery yang energy into fall’s cooling yin, we’re invited to slow down, reflect, and release. This 75-minute workshop offers a trauma-informed healing space to do just that—through seasonal journaling, breathwork, and Reiki.
· Begin with guided reflection to honor summer’s lessons and clarify what you're ready to release
· Move into a breathwork healing journey to clear stagnant emotions and reconnect with your body
· Receive optional hands-on or hands-near Usui Reiki for nervous system support and energetic balance
· End with deep rest and integration

Adults and their littles ages 4-9 are invited to join Beth for this monthly Family Yoga class (Sundays at 3pm Sept 21, Oct 19 and Nov 16). We will practice breathwork, poses, and some silliness to have fun while strengthening our bodies and bonds. The child in all of us will appreciate getting to move, breathe, and regulate together.
