Stretch & Release

Do you want to keep your muscles flexible, strong and healthy? This yoga-style class will include stretches for your entire body.  We will sometimes include the use of straps, foam rollers and tennis balls (to release tightness in the connective tissues).  It's a great compliment to your strength workouts and also a great way to ease yourself back into a fitness routine. You'll leave class feeling centered, calm and maybe a little bit like a wet noodle.
