Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a slower paced, low-impact yoga that allows for somatic (body), mind, and spirit connection. We will move in fluid directions, utilize props to support our practice, and give our nervous system a chance to rest through breathing practices, longer held stretches, and some gentle strength and balance work. All levels and bodies are welcome to this very accessible practice.
