Donation-Based Karma Yoga: Hatha for Hope

May 18, 2025

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Join Amber for this special donation-based Hatha Yoga class, recognizing and supporting the goal of an increased focus on mental health.   Expect an all-levels, mindful movement experience, connecting breath to movement as we move in and out of asanas while manifesting gratitude and hope. Your donations will help Amber raise funds for the "Hike for Hope" event at Great Falls which the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is hosting on May 31st.  This special class will be offered both online and in-person.

Family Yoga -Once Monthly

May 18, 2025

Adults and their littles ages 4-9 are invited to join Beth on Sundays, once monthly, at 3pm for a Family Yoga class.  We will practice breathwork, poses, and some silliness to have fun while strengthening our bodies and bonds. The child in all of us will appreciate getting to move, breathe, and regulate together!
$25 per adult/child pair, +$8 per additional family member

Mindful Moving Kids - May/June 2025

Ages 5-12 are welcome to join Beth Hardy for this 4-week Mindful Moving Kids May/June session! We’ll be learning yoga poses, breathing techniques, practicing mindfulness activities, and playing games that use yoga to foster self-awareness and self-regulation as well as executive functioning skills. You can purchase the full January session (May 20, 27 and June 3, 10)) for $80 OR your child is welcome to "drop in" to any of these classes ($25 per class) by choosing the Mindful Moving Kids Single Class option and pick the date(s) you want to attend. A 10% additional sibling(s) discount is offered as well.

SPA Yoga 2025
