Family Yoga -Once Monthly

Adults and their littles ages 4-9 are invited to join Beth on Sundays, once monthly, at 3pm for a Family Yoga class.  We will practice breathwork, poses, and some silliness to have fun while strengthening our bodies and bonds. The child in all of us will appreciate getting to move, breathe, and regulate together!
$25 per adult/child pair, +$8 per additional family member

Props and Your Practice: An Eye-Opening Learning Experience

In this workshop, you will learn how to use yoga props to help yourself or your students unlock the full potential of a yoga pose. By no means is prop use limited to beginners, props can help accommodate anatomical differences, tight muscles/joints and limited ranges of motion.
